1. Introduction

Frogineer ("we", "our", or "us") operates the When2Pay mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our App.

2. Information Collection and Storage

When2Pay is engineered around user privacy and zero-friction utility:

• Financial & Budget Data: Any figures, income estimates, recurring expense amounts, drop items, wishlists, and dates entered into the App are stored solely within the App's private sandbox storage on your device (via SharedPreferences / local storage).
• No Account Required: You do not need to register an account, provide your legal name, or link a bank account to use When2Pay.
• No Cloud Sync: We do not operate external database servers that upload or synchronize your budget calculations.

3. Device Permissions

The App may request the following optional device permissions to enable specific features:

• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used solely to schedule local drop reminders and payment due alerts on your device. No notification payloads or times are sent to external servers.
• Camera & Photo Gallery (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / CAMERA): Used only if you choose to attach custom photos to your wishlist / grail cards. Selected images are stored locally on your device.

4. In-App Purchases & Payments

When2Pay is 100% free to use. The App includes an optional "Tip Jar" feature to allow users to support the developer. All in-app purchase transactions are processed securely through the Google Play In-App Billing API (on Android) or Apple StoreKit (on iOS).

We do not collect or store your payment card numbers, bank details, or billing addresses. All billing information is handled exclusively by Google Play or Apple in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

5. Analytics and Advertising

• No Advertising: When2Pay does not display third-party advertisements.
• No Data Brokering: We never sell, rent, or monetize your personal or financial data to data brokers or advertising networks.

6. Data Security and Retention

Because your data is saved locally on your device, the security of your stored data depends on your device's security settings (e.g. screen lock, biometric authentication, and operating system encryption).

You have full control over your data at all times. Uninstalling the application or clearing the App's storage via your device settings will permanently erase all local stored data.

7. Children's Privacy

When2Pay is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
